You are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary intellectual property rights clearances and/or other consents and authorisation’s in respect of the Services, including without limitation, clearance and/or consents in respect of your proposed domain name and merchant services agreements between you and the relevant banks in respect of your operation of an Online Store
INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Cource and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, units third-parties and their respective officers, representative, directors, agents, and workers, against any claim, liability, damage, loss, costs and expenditures, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of outcome from, or may be payable by virtue of, any violation or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Agreement does not cover hereby the conditions, terms, representations (other than fraudulent representations) and warranties regarding the Services supplied under any agreement, whether imposed by statute or operation of law or otherwise, that are not expressly mentioned in these terms and conditions including, without limitation, the implied warranty of satisfactory quality and fitness for a specific purpose.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for death or personal injury or harm resulting from our negligence.

However, our liability to your for any claim regarding the services shall be to the fees or charges paid by you for the services which are subject to claim.

You agree that GoBillyDesigns is not liable for any loss of business, profits, contracts or savings in any direct or indirect way in any manner.
NOTICES

An exchange of any kind of notices between both parties will be accepted by either email, fax or correspondence to the addresses mentioned in this agreements or the forms.
LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
Refund and Compensation Policy:

GoBillyDesigns in no event will be bound to give compensation if its services do not meet your expectations. However, we ensure you the value for money services that may be reviewed from time to time for ensuring quality.
Prices:

You can find the quotation of particular web services on our website. However, prices are the subject to change.
Payment Policy:

You shall pay the prices of our services as mentioned by GoBillyDesigns. GoBillyDesigns has the sole right to postpone or stop working on project if you don’t make payment on time or in case any invoice remains. All the services which may be launched by GoBillyDesigns in future will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge settling all bills or invoices within the stipulated dates given by GoBillyDesigns. You agree to make payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. GoBillyDesigns has the sole right to remove, cancel or terminate the work done for any project from any computer system and the Internet in case you do not settle the bill within the time period given by GoBillyDesigns.
Support, Warranty and Maintenance Policy:

Any website including creative or functional part designed or done by Web Cource will be hosted and supported by GoBillyDesigns. You Agree that GoBillyDesigns is not responsible for any bugs, performance issues, downtime, operations or failure of codes in your website or any kind of software. You also agree that GoBillyDesigns or its employees are not liable if they are not successful to register the domain name requested by you.

We do not provide any kind of support if the failure, issue or error is caused due to any third party service provider.
Force Majeure:

You acknowledge that no liability will be attributable to GoBillyDesigns in case it (GoBillyDesigns) fails to abide by the obligations stated in this Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this condition, ‘Force Majeure’ covers the fire, explosion, flood, lightening, Act of God, act of terrorism, war, rebellion, riot, sabotage, telecommunication problems, software failure, hardware failure, third party interference, official strike or similar official labour dispute, or events or circumstances that are beyond the control of Web Cource.
